Payment & Refund Policy
The D2C Growth Summit is a property of The Cogent.T Through our Website or associated digital platforms (“Media”), we facilitate access to curated events, communities, and executive programs, including Jaipur’s Largest D2C Growth Summit (the “Event”), among other offerings (“Services”).
Terms used in this policy but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set out in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Payment Issues and Resolution
We use PhonePe as our official payment gateway to securely process transactions. In rare cases, your payment may be declined or fail to process. Please note, we do not receive detailed reasons for declined transactions. If this occurs, we advise the following steps:
Contact Your Bank or Card Issuer Directly – especially if:
- You've used the same payment method successfully in the past.
- The payment failed despite having sufficient funds or credit.
- Your bank has flagged the transaction due to security concerns or unusual activity.
Possible Issues & Suggested Actions:
- Security Flags: Banks may block first-time or high-value purchases. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
- Daily Limits: Most banks set daily transaction limits. Ask your bank if this is restricting your payment and request a temporary increase if needed.
- Authorization Holds: For failed transactions, your bank may still reserve funds. These holds typically clear within 7–10 business days. Request your bank to release any blocked or held amount, if applicable.
- Use an Alternate Payment Method: If you are unable to resolve the issue promptly, we recommend trying another card or UPI account for successful completion of your order.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases, registrations, and applications for the D2C Growth Summit are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a ticket or participation slot is booked, we will not be able to offer any refund or cancellation, regardless of the circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel certain event deliverables, speakers, or sessions due to unforeseen situations, but this will not qualify as a reason for refund unless explicitly communicated by The Cogent.
